Flexible Conveyorized Automation

The 3300-A is a fully automatic conveyorized pallet wrapper that can be configured as a simple two-pallet system or expanded with additional conveyors to meet production needs.
It is designed to integrate with existing product flow and conveyor layouts — either in-line using interface relays/logic or off-line as a standalone system with wireless cycle start remote.

Precision Turntable System

  • 72″ diameter, 3/8″ thick laser-cut steel plate with 5″ skirt
  • Front and side cut-outs with UHMW flexible contours for forklift access

  • ANSI #60 direct chain drive with chain tensioner

  • 2-1/2″ diameter, 11-gauge rollers with 11/16″ hex axles on 3″ centers
