Fully Automatic Pallet Wrapping with Wireless Forklift Operation
The Cousins 3200 Low Profile Automatic Pallet Wrapper is designed for operations that want fully automatic film attachment and cutting without adding a conveyorized packaging line. Using the included wireless remote, a forklift operator can load the pallet, initiate the wrapping cycle, and remove the finished load without leaving the forklift.
The machine automatically clamps the film, wraps the pallet according to programmed settings, cuts the film, and secures the film tail at the end of the cycle. As a result, the 3200 can help reduce operator steps while improving wrapping consistency and productivity.
With production speeds of up to 40 loads per hour, a 4,500-pound dynamic load capacity, and Cousins’ Super Rapid Thread II™ powered pre-stretch carriage, the 3200 provides reliable performance for demanding industrial applications.
