The Cousins 4100-FA ULTRA Rotary Arm Pallet Wrapper is a fully automatic stretch wrapping system available in multiple frame configurations to accommodate different facility layouts, material-handling methods, and packaging requirements.
Rather than rotating the pallet on a turntable, the 4100-FA ULTRA moves the stretch-film carriage around a stationary load. As a result, it can safely wrap heavy, lightweight, unstable, or irregular loads that may not be suitable for turntable rotation.
Because the pallet remains supported by the facility floor, the system has no defined maximum load-weight restriction. Furthermore, production speeds of up to 35 loads per hour make the 4100-FA ULTRA an effective solution for demanding manufacturing and distribution environments.
