Flexible Rotary-Arm Automation for Stationary Pallet Loads
The Cousins 4100 post mount and wall mount pallet wrapper is a fully automatic rotary-arm system designed for heavy, unstable, lightweight, or irregular loads that should remain stationary during wrapping. Instead of rotating the pallet on a turntable, the 4100 moves the film carriage around the load.
Because the pallet remains supported by the facility floor, the machine has no defined maximum load-weight restriction. Therefore, it is an excellent solution for extremely heavy products that exceed the capacity of conventional turntable wrappers.
The post-mount and wall-mount configurations also provide greater installation flexibility for facilities with specific floor-space, traffic-flow, or load-positioning requirements. With wireless remote operation and production speeds of up to 30 loads per hour, the 4100 can improve wrapping consistency while reducing operator involvement.
