The Cousins 7100-95-OHA Conveyorized Automatic Pallet Wrapper is a high-speed overhead rotary-arm system engineered for demanding production lines. With throughput of up to 95 loads per hour, the system automatically indexes, centers, wraps, and transfers pallet loads through the wrapping zone.
Unlike a turntable wrapper, the 7100-95-OHA keeps the pallet stationary while the rotary arm carries stretch film around the load. As a result, the system can handle heavy, unstable, lightweight, or irregular pallet loads without subjecting them to high-speed turntable rotation.
Powered infeed, processing, and exit conveyors support continuous product flow. In addition, automatic film clamping, cutting, and wiping minimize operator involvement while providing repeatable wrap cycles.
