How the Cousins Pilot Works
First, the operator places a pallet on the low-profile turntable using a forklift or pallet jack. Next, the operator attaches the stretch film to the load and selects the appropriate wrap program.
Once the cycle begins, the turntable rotates while the film carriage moves vertically along the tower. Meanwhile, the programmed settings control film tension, carriage movement, wrap sequence, and reinforcement.
After the cycle is complete, the operator cuts the film and removes the wrapped pallet. This semi-automatic process provides more consistent results and requires less physical effort than hand wrapping.
