The GT H-19 H-25 is a heavy-duty battery strapping tool designed for 19 mm and 25 mm polyester strapping. Specifically, it tensions, friction-welds and cuts PET strap in one portable operation. As a result, operators can secure heavy pallets, rigid products and industrial loads without separate tensioners, sealers or compressed-air connections.
Because the GT H-19 H-25 delivers up to 4,500 N of tension, it provides the strength required for demanding PET strapping applications. In addition, its cordless design allows operators to move freely around large pallets, bundled materials and products that cannot travel through a fixed strapping station.
Several operating modes help users match the tool’s performance to the application. Therefore, the same tool can support controlled manual operation, faster automatic cycles and lower-tension packaging tasks.
The GT H-19 configuration handles 19 mm PET strap from 0.8 to 1.3 mm thick. Meanwhile, the GT H-25 configuration accommodates 25 mm PET strap from 0.8 to 1.05 mm thick.
The 19 mm model provides a versatile option for many heavy palletizing and bundling applications. Alternatively, the 25 mm model supports applications that require a wider strap and greater load distribution.
Although both configurations offer high tension, operators should match the strap width, thickness and break strength to the load. Therefore, package weight, rigidity, handling method and shipping environment should guide the final selection.
Operators can configure the GT H-19 H-25 for automatic, semi-automatic, manual or soft operation. For example, automatic mode completes tensioning, sealing and cutting through a streamlined control sequence. Semi-automatic and manual modes, meanwhile, give the operator greater control over individual steps.
Soft mode limits tension to approximately 1,000 N. Consequently, operators can reduce force when securing more sensitive products or loads that do not require maximum tension.
Regardless of the selected mode, the friction-weld system joins the overlapping PET strap without separate metal seals. However, joint performance still depends on proper strap selection, weld settings, tool condition and operator setup.
An 18-volt, 5.0 Ah lithium-ion battery powers the GT H-19 H-25. Because the brushless motor operates without an air supply or power cord, the tool works well throughout warehouses, lumber operations, metal-processing facilities and shipping departments.
In addition, the balanced design supports both horizontal and vertical strapping. The tool weighs approximately 4 kg, or 8.8 pounds, including the battery. Therefore, operators gain heavy-duty tensioning performance in a portable package.
The GT H-19 H-25 works best when heavy loads require wide, high-strength polyester strap. However, applications using narrower 13–16 mm PP or PET strap may be better suited to the DD160 battery-powered strapping tool.
Alternatively, facilities that move consistent packages through a dedicated production line may prefer the JN-85UT automatic strapping machine. Therefore, strap size, package dimensions, production volume and material flow should determine whether a portable or fixed strapping system offers the best fit.
Ameripak helps match the GT H-19 H-25 configuration with the intended PET strap and load. First, the team reviews package weight, dimensions, rigidity and handling conditions. Next, Ameripak helps determine the appropriate strap width, thickness and tension range. Finally, dependable access to strapping materials, replacement parts and technical support helps protect long-term tool performance.
