The Used Eagle R2B2-T is a mobile, semi-automatic robotic stretch wrapper designed to move around stationary pallet loads. Because it does not require a turntable, this wrapper provides a flexible solution for heavy, oversized, or irregular loads that can remain safely positioned on the facility floor.

Flexible Mobile Stretch Wrapping

The rechargeable mobile platform allows operators to bring the wrapper directly to the load. Therefore, facilities can use the machine in different production or shipping areas without dedicating floor space to a fixed turntable.

The operator positions the machine, prepares the wrap cycle, selects a program through the touchscreen interface, and starts operation. The robot then travels around the pallet while its powered film carriage applies stretch film according to the selected settings.

Because the pallet remains stationary, the wrapper does not impose a turntable weight rating. However, the load must remain stable, and the machine requires a clear, level travel path around the entire pallet.

This Eagle R2B2-T robotic stretch wrapper is offered as Used/Certified equipment and sold as-is. Ameripak will prepare the machine before shipment or pickup, with typical preparation requiring approximately two to three weeks.

The machine is available for inspection at Ameripak’s La Grange, Kentucky, facility. All sales are final, payment is required in advance, and no express or implied warranty applies. Pricing is FOB La Grange, KY 40031.
