Used/Certified Equipment Purchase Terms

Ameripak sells this used equipment as-is and prepares it before shipment or pickup. Buyers may inspect the machine at Ameripak’s La Grange facility before it leaves the facility. Additionally, any requested changes to the agreed preparation scope may affect the price and lead time.

All sales are final, and payment is required in advance. Terms are FOB Ameripak, La Grange, Kentucky 40031. Ameripak provides no express or implied warranty, including any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.

The end user remains responsible for confirming and supplying the correct electrical service and compressed air, when required. Installation, startup assistance, and operator training are available for an additional charge. Typical preparation time is two to three weeks; however, availability, completion timing, and final machine configuration remain subject to confirmation.
